After consulting with local officials, and in an abundance of caution, Autism Society Ventura County made the decision to turn the 8th Annual Aut2Run into an All Virtual Event on Sunday, August 16th. Our hope is that all participants will join us this August for another year of fun while supporting Autism Society Ventura County.
What is the Aut2Run 2020 Virtual Race?
We are creating a virtual event unlike any other virtual race you have seen before. Tune into our FaceBook Live event with announcements from our Grand Marshal, Warm Up, Cool Down, Award Ceremony and much more. All of our races will start at the same time. You can run/walk your favorite local course and track your time. Once you finish, we will have an easy link for you to let us know how you did.
What about Packet Pick Up?
We are offering 2 different locations (locations TBD) the weekend before our virtual Aut2Run, (Saturday, August 8th and Sunday, August 9th) one in East Ventura County and the other in West Ventura County, for you to come pick up your goodie bag, shirt, medal and more. If you cannot make one of these locations, we will be happy to mail your goodies to you.
What do I have to do now?
By default, you will be registered for the 2020 Virtual Aut2Run. Other options include donating your registration fee to ASVC (without participating) or receiving a full refund. These options are available on RunSignUp until June 15th. Please click here and you will be directed to your options.
2020 Aut2Run Goodies:
This is our 2020 super soft Aut2Run shirt and sparkly finishers medal.
You will also get to choose which Sun-Stach you wish to have in your goodie bag (while quantities last).
Why are we changing Aut2Run for 2020?
We have realized that community events like Aut2Run will not be possible this year and want to continue to help our community while protecting our participants during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Your support during this time is critical to our ability to continue and expand our programs – Aut2Run represents 85% of our annual income so we hope you’ll continue to back our mission.

We appreciate you. Thank you so much,
